I was honoured to have been mentioned by Tamara Jane on the Good morning TV show on Thursday (we did not know this was happening). I've watched the segment and her tips for lining a hemisphere cake pan are awesome. Her Christmas pud cakes, look so decadent, I will be downloading the recipe and giving this a go for sure!
