Who doesn't love ice cream in summer? and if the ice cream is in cookie form is even better.

It all started with this picture of a plate taken from the Internet .
I used an ice cream cookie cutter that I do not even remember where I got and very odd colors for the cone. The idea of making the cookie with the three scoops of ice cream was in my head, but I just end up going the easy way.
To make these cookies you will need:
.Royal icing in white, chocolate brown,pink, light red and electric green. I used Americolor gels.
.Americolor black food marker
.Tips 1 and 2
.Squezze bottles
.Disposable bags and couplers
I started outlining all the "ice cream" first, then I outlined the cones.
I let the cookies dry for a few hours.
.The cookies weren't completely dry, but since I was on a hurry I applied black dots for the eyes very carefully.
.Then I outlined the ice cream with tip 2
I let the cookies dry overnight before adding the details of the face and cone.
I love the way the cookies turned out.They look friendly and so silly.
This one I made it just for fun!
