With all the fondant-covered cupcake and cake madness lately, Coco Cake must remind its dear friends and readers of the original party animals of Coco Cake Cupcakes: Lemon Love and Coconut Dream. Often the stars of the Blim art market cupcake sales and a repeat order with regular customers, people love to love the distinctly fresh lemon taste of Lemon Love-- bursting with real lemon zest and fresh lemon juice, and topped with lemon creamcheese frosting...! Coconut Dream has become a mega party dog in the Coco Cake roster, with its soft coconut cake and creamcheese frosting, topped with toasted coconut!! Oh geez!!
If they were a couple they'd be a power couple. Lemon Love would be fashionable and friendly with a bright outlook-- makin' lemonade out of lemons, left right and center. Coconut Dream would be a bit flaky, and positively dreamy, just like its name... A tender, friendly, wacky and emotional soul, perhaps chubby and delightfully so. Lemon Love would wear big plastic 1980s earrings in bright colors. Coconut Dream would be fashionably bohemian in earth tones... but maybe with a touch of the tropics from time to time...
