As a busy mom, I was looking for a lightweight stroller for my Abby. Although she is quite capable of walking, she tires easily on long excursions and truthfully, I am terrified of "losing her" in corded places. Having a lightweight, but functional stroller was a necessity! I wanted something that looked stylish, but was still functional and practical. I stopped by Babies "R" Us online and found this GB Zuzu Stroller. It had everything I was looking for and I loved that it looked like a luxury stroller! I ordered my stroller online and delivery was faster than I expected!
Straight out of the box, it is super easy to put together. It took about 5 minutes to have it ready to go!
I loved how easy it is to maneuver. The large wheels roll smoothly and I can even push it one handed. Since we live in Arizona, I also appreciate the large canopy with ventilated window.
I was a little apprehensive to spend so much on an "umbrella stroller," but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality when I received this stroller. Although it is an "umbrella stroller," it is very comparable to those big full-size strollers ... I love that I have the quality of those big strollers with the ease of use and compact size of an umbrella stroller. It really is the best of both worlds!
This stroller is lightweight and has a storage basket underneath that is quite convenient. Its the perfect place to stow a diaper bag. I think one of my favorite features is the one-touch brake! It is soooo easy to use and it works very well! I have always hated fumbling with the brakes on other models - rolling it forward or back so the lock will engage.
When folded down, this product is very compact. This stroller uses a slide-fold which makes it fold shorter than a typical umbrella stroller. It folds down very easily with finger-activated slide fold. I don't know about you, but I always hate trying to fold those big, bulky strollers - it's like a wresting match! The GB Zuzu Stroller was very easy to unfold and fold.
Although we did not use it with infant car seats, I read that this stroller is compatible with some Graco and Chicco models - making it perfect to use from birth to the toddler years!
I was more than pleased with this stroller model. Not only did it meet my expectations, but it exceeded them! Ordering online through Babies R Us made the purchasing aspect easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend this stroller! If you are looking for easy to use and compact size (like an umbrella stroller) with the sturdiness and nicer features like a big bulky stroller, then THIS IS THE STROLLER for you! It truly is the best of both worlds!
