Make this Overnight Italian Brunch Casserole for Easter! It's also great for weekend brunch or an easy and simple breakfast for dinner! #12bloggers

This Overnight Italian Brunch Casserole is one of my family's favorite holiday brunches! I love that I can easily put it all together the night before and then bake it in the morning! It's full of sausage, zucchini, roasted red peppers, mushrooms, eggs, bread and cheese .... what more could you ask for?! We love to pair this casserole with an assortment of fresh fruit choices, for an easy breakfast the entire family will love! Although I will tell ya, a few of my family memebers try to convince me to leave the mushrooms out of this casserole, but that isn't how I roll - and they know it! :D
