Happy New Year everyone!!
I hope you had a wonderful time off to spend quality time with your family and friends.
Christmas and New Years is always a little bittersweet to me,in one hand I have my girls loving so much the season, and the other hand I miss my family and friends back hone so much.
I thought I would share some pictures with you of our Winter break at home.
We really had a wonderful time, we took lots of naps
We share lots of hugs and kisses
lots of pictures were taken
and I also was able to wear red pajamas!
I baked yummy apple pies and ate them with vanilla ice cream
winter cookies were also available
and Christmas trees
My husband and I drove almost 2 hours to get some delicious Costarrican tamales and some goodies that I love. Powder milk, tuna, chips, hot sauce and even cornmeal.
I will be making tortillas with cheese pretty soon.
On Christmas Eve we went to see the beautiful Christmas tree in Princeton,
it was a very cold night but my girls loved it.While we were there it started to snow, everyone was clapping and was such a magical moment.
I told my husband I will miss that went we move back home.
we even had time to wear our new favorite leg warmers
( mommy secretly want them, the problem is that she is too old to wear them)
and made snow angels
I wish you all a prosperous year, full of health, happiness and tolerance to others.
