These {Quick and Easy} Cinnamon Rolls are so simple and delicious - with no yeast!! Perfect for a quick snack or addition to breakfast!
I made these {Quick and Easy} Cinnamon Rolls for the new Star Wars: The Force Awakens movie. They can also be called Princess Leia Cinnamon Rolls because, well, they look kind of like her hair! Amiright?!
So, I have to ask, who went and saw the new Star Wars: The Force Awakens last night or this morning?
Here's a little tidbit for you ... the very first movie I ever saw in the movie theater was Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. I know that I'm dating myself here, but that movie came out in 1983 ... 1983, y'all!!
Please do not hate me when I tell you this .... I don't understand the whole Star Wars thing - like, why is it as huge as it is?! My kids are into the movies - and they can tell you all about them, but I just never understood everyone else's fascination with the movies. My kiddos love the movies so much that Grandma is getting them the series for Christmas - they are going to be soooo happy! I can't even tell you what any of the movies are about! Lame, I know! I hope I'm not the only one who just doesn't get it! My kids have convinced Brian that we need to go see the movie this week - so, we'll see how that goes!
These little {Quick and Easy} Cinnamon Rolls make a great snack - and we love them on weekends with our breakfast! With how easy they are to make, really, you can enjoy them any time!

{Quick and Easy} Cinnamon Rolls
by Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Yield: 10 servings
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted
- 3 tbsp. cinnamon sugar
- 1 tbsp. milk
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar, sifted
- ¼ tsp. vanilla
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Remove the pizza dough from the package and unroll onto a lightly-floured work surface.
3. Brush the melted butter over the pizza dough. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar evenly over the buttered dough. Starting on the long side, roll into a log. Pinch the seam to seal well. Cut the log into one-inch thick slices.
4. Place the slices onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for five minutes before transferring the rolls to a wire rack to cool for five minutes more.
5. Meanwhile, make the glaze by stirring the milk and powdered sugar into a paste. Add the vanilla and mix well. Frost the tops of the cinnamon rolls. Serve warm.
