I've finally managed to type up the Week 31: Lemon Meringue Cupcakes recipe from The Artful Cupcake! It's only taken me six #&@*%$!-ing weeks....Now I remember why...there are several steps involved in the recipe...making the cupcakes, making the filling, making the fluffy icing...but then you get to the using the culinary torch part.
