Are any of y'all football fans?! I have a love/hate relationship with it. It's not something I am fanatical about, but I know enough to know what's going on. As a mom with 4 boys (3 of them teenagers), it's kinda like a prerequisite or something?!

You may not know it, but waaaaaaay back before there was a Love Bakes Good Cakes, I had a few jobs. Prior to being a blogger and a homeschooler, I worked in the public school system. Before that, I worked as a quality control lab technician for a grain processing plant. I am a science geek through and through. My major in college was Chemistry .... and sometimes, I miss those days.

When the family takes trips to the Arizona Science Center, I feel like I get a little bit of that piece of me back. Seriously, I go into full-on geek mode. I love learning how the world around us works! As par of the Blended Extended group, I had the opportunity to visit the Arizona Science Center this past weekend! We got to see a fun little demonstration on how liquid nitrogen works. We got to see a geyser of liquid nitrogen ....

The kiddos had a blast wandering through the Gridiron Glory exhibit, on display at the Arizona Science Center in Phoenix until May 3rd. They got to try on the helmets like the coach and quarterback wear - so they could talk to each other! Judging from that stance, Gabriel must be the quarterback! LOL

The exhibit covers Pro Football from the early days all the way until present day. Walking through and seeing some of the old uniforms and "protective gear" was really eye-opening for me. A lot has changed throughout the years!

As you can see, my family had a great time checking out the Gridiron Glory exhibit. We spent some time visiting the rest of the museum too before heading home! Read more about the Arizona Science Center by visiting the website!
If you're in the Phoenix area, be sure to check out the Gridiron Glory exhibit before it's over in May! Don't forget to enter for a chance to win 2 Family four (4) Packs to AZ Science Center and includes entrance to Gridiron Glory! Good luck!
