I'm never going back! I mean that I am never going back to caramel found in your local market when discovering a new recipe that turned out extraordinarily well! The caramel is delightfully rich and full bodied .....not that runny sugary stuff that might work great on a vanilla sundae! After this beautiful and easy experience, I am going to be making my own caramel from here on!
