I had some gumpaste left over from my last cake project, so I decided to give it some use. Thinking that Valentine's is coming soon I made red hearts and painted them with a little luster dust. I am planning to use them with cupcakes, I think they will look adorable on top of a thick and rich chocolate ganache.
This is my working area , kind of messy.
